The Board of Directors is the highest decisionmaking and supervisory body for BES's sustainable development policies and the formulation of development goals. The Sustainable Development Committee, chaired by the Chairman, oversees the Sustainable Development Task Force, which is responsible for coordinating and implementing sustainable development action plans and regularly reporting results to the Sustainable Development Committee.
The Sustainable Development Task Force is divided into three groups: Environmental Protection, Social Responsibility, and Corporate Governance. Each group is responsible for ESG matters and educational training. The issues discussed by each group are illustrated in the diagram below:
