Sustainability Strategy Blueprint

Confronted by global challenges such as climate change, urban resilience, and industrial transformation, we adhere to “Shared Sustainability, Integrity Management.” By embedding sustainable development into all business decisions and engineering work, we leverage low-carbon buildings, smart management, and responsible governance to build a forward-thinking, competitive construction business ecosystem.

Sustainable Development Policies

To fulfill its corporate social responsibility and integrate sustainability management principles, BES has formulated the “Sustainable Development Best Practice Principles” and has developed and disclosed a full suite of policies and codes of conduct covering integrity management, human rights protection, gender equality, environmental management, anti-corruption, and information security.

During fiscal year 2025, with authorization and approval from the BOD under the corporate governance framework, the Company formally adopted the “Nomination Committee Charter,” enhancing diversity criteria and performance evaluation mechanisms for Board Members. To heighten the quality of sustainability disclosures, BES revised the “BES Sustainability Report Preparation and Assurance Procedure” and implemented the BES Engineering Corporation Sustainability Information Management Regulations, integrating sustainability data and reporting into the internal control system. Concerning environmental and information governance, our Company reached a strategic consensus on internal carbon pricing in December 2025. It is committed to adopting a shadow carbon price of NTD 300–500 per metric ton as an auxiliary analytical tool for tender simulation and corporate decision-making. For customer rights and interest protection, our Company has added the Consumer Rights Protection Policy to implement customer service and protect consumer rights and interests.
