BES is dedicated to empowering employees in leveraging their expertise and enhancing their competencies. We recognize the importance of engaging in meaningful work, allowing employees to feel respected and acknowledged. This, in turn, empowers their respective teams, fostering mutual growth for both the company and its employees.
In 2023, in collaboration with the Sheen Chuen-Chi Cultural and Educational Foundation, we organized the "Migrant Workers' Art Therapy Workshop." By creating artworks, we provided a way for Thai migrant workers, who are far from their homeland, to express their feelings of homesickness. At the same time, we also offered them care and psychological counseling. The highlights of the event were documented and turned into a video.
