BES is dedicated to providing a diverse range of training courses to enhance colleagues’ knowledge and competencies in the construction engineering and business administration fields. The Company has established the “Employee Training Regulations” and conducts various training sessions based on these regulations. In 2021, the Company organized 145 sessions of in-house training courses. Employees participated in 166 courses offered by external training institutions, with a total training expenditure amounting to NT$3,891,353.
