BES firmly believes that talent cultivation is the core cornerstone of corporate sustainability management and competitiveness enhancement. To support the Company’s long-term strategy and organizational development needs, we have built a systematic talent development, education, and training system. Based on organizational development needs and job characteristics, the Company has established a layered and graded training system. The training framework encompasses dimensions such as new employees, general competencies, core competencies, management competencies, and professional competencies. Considering the characteristics of the engineering industry, we strengthen specialized courses such as safety management and include courses on sustainability, statutory compliance, information security, and integrity management. This approach comprehensively enhances employees’ job skills and risk awareness while meeting the development needs of different career stages and job roles.

To boost learning flexibility and efficiency, the Company has established the “BES University” digital learning platform, which combines online courses with learning records and material management functions. Employees can learn on their own based on their needs, while the Company assigns courses and tracks progress, building a complete learning journey. In terms of learning methods, we combine online courses, in-person courses, and on-the-job training (OJT) to create a blended learning model, ensuring that learning translates effectively into practical application. We are digitizing internal instructor-led courses and engineering content to gradually build a corporate knowledge base to improve knowledge transfer and reuse efficiency.
Responding to digital transformation trends, the Company offers AI application courses (such as generative AI tools) to help employees improve work efficiency and digital skills, strengthening the overall momentum of organizational transformation.
