Through initial goal setting, periodic performance evaluations, assessments, and interviews, the Company reviews employees’ job performance, offering timely rewards and opportunities for promotion assessment. Furthermore, BES assists employees in their career development, strengthening their core competencies and facilitating communication between employees and management regarding performance, enhancing work efficiency and competitiveness within the industry.

Comprehensive Vocational Training

BES is dedicated to providing a diverse range of training courses to enhance colleagues’ knowledge and competencies in the construction engineering and business administration fields. The Company has established the “Employee Training Regulations” and conducts various training sessions based on these regulations. In 2021, the Company organized 145 sessions of in-house training courses. Employees participated in 166 courses offered by external training institutions, with a total training expenditure amounting to NT$3,891,353.
