Community Revitalization and Urban Renewal
Adhering to principles of integrity, pragmatism, and fairness, BES is dedicated to the reconstruction of aging apartments and buildings affected by salt-contaminated concrete. We've successfully integrated and revitalized the Yanshou Public Housing and Nangang Chenggong New City communities in Taipei City's Songshan District, encompassing a total of 700 salt-contaminated households. Our reconstructed project for the Yanshou Public Housing Zone I, "BES Biyange," was honored with the 2024 Urban Renewal and Hazardous Building Reconstruction Group Award, setting a benchmark for urban renewal. BES is also advancing the Formosa Plastics Building urban renewal project, undertaking block-level urban revitalization to rejuvenate urban functions and create a modern new look for the city center.
Development and Impact of Investment and Support Services
Since 1970, BES has actively engaged in the development of industrial parks across Taiwan, completing 37 industrial zones to date. By constructing essential public infrastructure, facilitating land leasing and sales, and attracting investment, we've driven local industrial growth, created employment opportunities and economic value, promoted regional sustainable development, and improved residents' quality of life. Currently, key development projects for BES include the Changbin Industrial Park (Xianxi and Lunwei Districts) and the Yunlin Industrial Park. In 2024, we completed several significant infrastructure projects within these parks, continuing to advance related construction.
