In 2024, BES continued to communicate with stakeholders through various channels. The communication outcomes are summarized in the table below:
BES attaches great importance to stakeholder engagement. Through ongoing two-way engagement mechanisms, our Company captures stakeholders’ concerns and expectations regarding economic, environmental, and social (ESG) matters. It also identifies operational impacts, adjusts management strategies, and responds to internal and external demands. Meanwhile, stakeholder feedback is integrated into the processes of material topic identification and target setting to enhance information transparency, build long-term mutual trust, and advance Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Additionally, BES maintains communication with stakeholders through various channels as part of its risk management procedures and submits relevant reports to the BOD at least once a year.
