BES－Shui Yan is located in Shilin District, Taipei City, standing beside the Keelung River. It is a residential project invested and built by BES Engineering Corporation.

BES－Shui Yan features a design with clean lines and a pure white appearance. It is built using jade stone materials, with lighting design by the Yuan Zongnan design team, creating an artistic masterpiece that integrates with the surrounding environment and landscape.
