Project Introduction

The site occupies a full block, fully surrounded by roads, the green corridor of Dunhua North Road. With consideration of the local natural environment and urban development vision, the overall architectural design emphasizes efficiency, user-friendliness, sustainability, and health.

Project Description and Features

The plan consists of two office towers and one residential tower. The office towers are located on the west side of the site, adjacent to the Dunhua North Road business district, with views toward the lush tree-lined boulevard. The façade adopts a glass curtain wall design to provide excellent views, while vertical grill design for window to meet green building energy efficiency standards. The residential tower is located on the east side of the site, adjacent to an established residential community with complete living amenities. Designed as a single tower with a central service core, all units are designed with vertical grill for balconies to minimize direct western sun exposure.
