Project Introduction

Hua Nan Information Building and Hua Nan Dingpu Technology Building Construction Project in Tucheng District, New Taipei City. The Hua Nan Information Building and Hua Nan Dingpu Technology Building Construction Project is located in Tucheng District, New Taipei City. The project was commissioned by Hua Nan Asset Management Co., Ltd. and Hua Nan Commercial Bank Co., Ltd., and was awarded to BES Engineering through a bidding process in 2018.

Project Description and Features

The project consists of two buildings：the Hua Nan Information Building, planned as an information center, and the Hua Nan Dingpu Technology Building, planned as a factory. The architectural design aims to create a simple yet dynamic form under the dominance of the plan and function. With a concise and thematic appearance, it showcases the concept of a new generation factory office and incorporates corporate culture as an element, expressed in the overall architectural design.
In terms of structure, the Hua Nan Information Building is designed with seismic isolation, with a seismic isolation layer on the B1 floor. It has a seismic resistance capacity of 7 on the seismic intensity scale and has obtained the seismic resistance certification. The seismic resistance capacity of the Hua Nan Dingpu Technology Building reaches 6 on the seismic intensity scale.
