Project Introduction

Yulon City is a mixed-use complex located in Xindian District, New Taipei City. It is a development project of Yulon Group aimed at revitalizing land assets. The construction is being carried out through a joint venture (JV) model by Hwa Yang Construction and BES Engineering.

Project Description and Features

Yulon City features a modern design with a stone base, glass curtain walls, metal grilles, and commercial signs. The exterior design combines functionality with internal service spaces, using metal aluminum panels and horizontal strip windows for simplicity and a contemporary feel.
In terms of green landscape design, the surrounding area is adorned with double rows of green belts and sidewalks over three meters wide, creating a comfortable and high-quality shaded pedestrian space. Additionally, a multifunctional geometric plaza is planned on the northeast side, featuring lush green mounds, shade trees, and a dual-layered combination of heat-insulated materials, thereby creating a green and vibrant urban activity plaza.
