Project Description and Features

After winning the land lease for 70 years in 2014, S. Pod Enterprise entrusted Shengbao Construction, a subsidiary, with planning and design, and then subcontracted the project to BES Engineering for construction. BES Engineering's main construction projects include foundation, structure, exterior decoration, interior design, and mechanical and electrical engineering. This project is the first construction project for S. Pod Group, consisting of 54 units, with each unit approximately 28 to 34 ping.
