Project Description
The New Taipei City Government Cultural Bureau constructed a 7-story above-ground and 3-story underground facility in order to promote artistic activities and provide recreational spaces in the Shulin area. The facility includes spaces for cultural performances (including commercial exhibitions) , sanitary and medical care facilities, government offices, and a library for educational purposes.
