Project Description

This project was designed by Lin Tong-Yin Engineering Consultants Co., Ltd. The entire route is designed to comply with the urban road speed limit. The main purpose is to convert the existing embankment into flood protection walls to increase the width of the flat road and the distance between houses and flood protection walls. Additionally, a one-way dual carriageway elevated bridge will be constructed between Baoshun Road and Zhongzheng Bridge, replacing the function of the right-turn embankment-top road at Zhongzheng Bridge.
