The Pengwan Cross-Sea Bridge is a transportation hub connecting Nanping Village and Jialian Village. It has a total length of 579 meters, with a bridge deck width of 30 meters. It was officially opened to traffic in March 2011. This bridge is a cable-stayed bridge with a unique three-dimensional design and is one of the only two opening bridges in Taiwan. It is located in the Dapeng Bay National Scenic Area in Pingtung County, spanning the only outlet of the Dapeng Bay Lagoon. It is situated on the north side of the Qinzhou Coastal Recreation Area and is part of the Dapeng Bay Ring Road.
