| BA & BES announce the award of the prestigious new |

We are delighted to announce that BA & BES Contracting LLC have signed contracts with the BA Group to Design and Build the new "Dubai Gate" Project in Deira.
The "Dubai Gate" Project is a 5 Star mixed use development containing Hotel Accommodation, Themed Restaurants, Retail Space, Office Accommodation and Leisure facilities.
Located in a very prominent position close to the Dubai International Airport once completed the "Dubai Gate" will become an important land mark on the Dubai Skyline.
Design will commence this month lead by Philip Liu and our newly formed Pre Construction and Planning Team, with construction estimated to take 2 years.
