Scope of works:
This project consist of 14 building with a total of 702 housing units and a parking space for 714 cars.
The total floor area is 128960.27 m2, which will be built on a base area of 38237 m2.
The scope of works in this project includes the design and construction of all civil, architecture and MEP works.
And, the major work items are survey, geological prospecting and research, pipe and public facilities investigation, demolishing of the existing buildings, landscape and public facilities, arts ornament, application and installation of utilities.
