The path followed by the development of BES is a virtual history of construction in Taiwan.
It played a leading role in the Ten Major Construction Projects of the 1970s, the Fourteen Construction Projects of the 1980s, and the Six-year National Development Plan of the 1990s. Also, BES was the first private company in Taiwan to compile a strong record of overseas achievement,
with projects scattered throughout UAE Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, the USA, Costa Rica, Vietnam, Singapore, Thailand, and Malaysia.

BA & BES are formed in the main from our technical staff from Taiwan and vastly experienced expatriates from around the world.
BES has always put a premium on the cultivation of new talent. Among its staff, 81% are equipped with college or higher degrees.
The company trains and cultivates information, legal affairs, business management, and taxation professionals, as well as engineering technicians. In the legal handling of construction disputes, especially, BES has developed a strong working team and accumulated a rich store of experience. The company has moved to improve its operating system in recent years through organizational and manpower streamlining. These efforts have greatly reduced operating costs.
