The Project : UROLOGY, NEPHROLOGY, DIABETES & DIAGNOSTIC IMAGING HOSPITAL
The Client : Emirates Hospital Supplies (EHS),

About the Project : Emirates Hospital Supplies has secured two related sections of land for development of the proposed centre. The two sites are not adjacent to each other. This generates the design of fundamentally two buildings, joined with a link bridge, allowing the two masses to function as one medical facility.
The building design is of five levels in each building (ground plus 4 levels), with major services located on the roof and basement levels. Two basement levels will be provided to accommodate the off street car parking requirements. Each floor plate will have an approximate area of just under 1,500 sqm.
